Thank you to everyone who came out for the announcement of Melody Shekari’s campaign for Congressional Representative for the Third District. It was chilly this morning so we’re glad everyone braved the cold to come join us! She said herself this morning that “I will invest in our future and will stand up for the Third District“. Thank you for running, as we certainly can do better here and am glad to see you step up to the plate to help make change happen!

Urgent update from the County Chair, Catherine Denenberg!

The Tennessee State Legislator needs to approve Insure Tennessee!

To accomplish this we need YOU to help make calls to both Speaker Beth Harwell (615-741-0709) and Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey (615-741-4524). They need to be told to do whatever it takes to approve Insure Tennessee NOW, during this session!

In addition, you can call your state senator and representative. Everyone has one of each. To connect with them, dial 615-763-4773.

For a major state newspaper to place a Sunday editorial from the Tennessean Editorial Board on the front page and to demand that Insure Tennessee be approved is a game changer.  To make this happen, we must all pick up the phone and make the calls.

Tennesseans state wide are in dire need of Insure Tennessee to pass, not to be defeated again to gain cheap political points.
Thank you!
